Ready for the 2021 season, CLAAS has renewed the top-of-the-range model in its line-up of ORBIS row-independent front attachments for the JAGUAR. Stand-out features include a transport width of only 3 metres and the new, automatically folding transport protection with integrated lighting.
CLAAS has revised its CTIC and CTIC 2800 tyre inflation systems for product year 2021. These are now also available ex works for the AXION 900 and can be retrofitted on ARION 500 and ARION 600 as well as AXION 800 and AXION 900 tractors. Operation is now possible via ISOBUS terminals and thus also via the integrated CEBIS touch terminal.
With new equipment options introduced for the 2021 season, CLAAS is significantly extending the versatility, productivity and user comfort of its dual-purpose and forage transport wagons.
A new model is to be added in autumn 2020 to the TORION range, currently comprising 10 agricultural wheel loaders with operating weights from 5 to 21 t. Kung Carl Gustavs lantbruk Stenhammars Gods i Södermanland har köpt en ny CLAAS traktor och slåttermaskin. Maskinerna levererades till kungens lantbruk av Swedish Agro Machinery i juni. Traktorn är en AXION 870 CMATIC och slåtterkrossen en DISCO 3600 FC MOVE i fronten och DISCO 9200 C AUTOSWATHER där bak.
CLAAS will introduce exhaust emission stage V in July 2020 across three models in the mid-range TORION series. In light of this, key areas of the drive, lifting kinematics and cab will be revised. In addition, a six-cylinder power unit in the TORION 1511 now provides significantly more power.

With its TELEMATICS platform, CLAAS is not only providing a quick overview of machine status and settings in real time, but also a convenient solution for reliable documentation of field and harvesting work. The automatic documentation means that machine data and agronomic information can be assigned to specific areas in a time-saving and uncomplicated manner.
CLAAS will restart series production of harvesting technology and tractors at the sites in Harsewinkel (Germany), Le Mans (France) and Törökszentmiklós (Hungary) this coming Monday. Baler production in Metz (France) is also scheduled to resume step by step a few days later.
CLAAS and Hans Sauter GmbH have jointly developed a hydraulically swivelling front lower links system for use with mounted front and rear mower combinations. This reduces or even completely eliminates strip of grass being left when negotiating bends and mowing on slopes. This makes a significant contribution to higher forage quality, especially on tractors with wider tyres and a wide track width.
The ongoing spread of the corona virus and increasing restrictions within the supply chain cause CLAAS to reduce series production in Harsewinkel in a controlled manner until the end of next week. It will initially be discontinued for three weeks until 17 April. While many national and international CLAAS locations continue to work, production in France had already been scaled back last week.
