Danish Agro Machinery Holding A/S har ingått ett avtal om att ta över den stora CLAAS återförsäljaren A. P. Jørgensen på Jylland. Handlaren har funnits i 121 år och är en av Danmarks äldsta maskinföretag. Danish Agro övertar alla aktier i företaget och övertagandet sker den 1 januari 2018.
I våras flyttade Swedish Agro Machinery in i hyrda lokaler i Skurup. Sedan dess har lokalerna renoverats och i början av augusti stod reservdelslagret med knappt 4 000 CLAAS originaldelar klart. Detta lager kommer till viss del att förse övriga anläggningar i landet med delar när det behövs.

Företaget är ett välskött och stort maskinföretag som har många års nära samarbete med lantbrukarna på Fyn. Danish Agro kommer med avtalet att ta över alla aktier i Ringe Maskinforretning A/S.
CLAAS will use the Agritechnica to present a completely new SCORPION series developed together with Liebherr, the technology leader in professional materials handling.
